As part of the initial fit-out of an industrial laundry, PROFITEX supplied and installed two professional JENSEN JWE 110/250 washer-extractors to increase production capacity. Training was also organised for more than 30 members of staff. The JENSEN JWE 110/250 has a load of 110 kg and a throughput of 50 tonnes of linen per 12-hour working day. Installing two of these machines increased the laundry's throughput by 35% compared with the initial 300 tonnes of linen per month.

To automate the supply of professional detergents to the laundry, a Christeyns dosing system with up to 8 types of chemicals was proposed. Operator involvement in the wash cycle is minimal.
