Conditions

What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage caused by careless use, modification or relocation of the equipment.
  • User training, routine maintenance and cleaning (e.g. filter replacement), or repairs needed because the operating instructions were misread — a call-out in these cases is chargeable.
  • Damage caused by external factors — voltage fluctuations, storms, fire, short circuits caused by rodents, etc.
  • Replacement of wear parts — dust bags, brushes, lamps, fuses, glass, porcelain, fabrics, rubber seals, plastics.
  • Damage following installation or repair by a technician not authorised by PROFITEX.
  • Transport damage where the transport was not carried out by a PROFITEX employee.

When requesting a warranty repair, state the product and serial number and present proof of purchase.
