The first industrial laundry we equipped was commissioned in 2003 and built around a JENSEN continuous tunnel washing line. Consulting
Our process engineers advise on the optimal equipment package for laundries and dry cleaners, on organising washing, dry-cleaning and dosing processes, professional chemicals and finishing systems — taking into account the specifics of your business.
Technical brief
Detailed specification of the laundry or dry-cleaning equipment package according to your business concept, and a preliminary equipment layout on the floor plan.
Technological design
Technological design of laundries and dry cleaners organises the production processes correctly and guarantees successful operation. It is carried out by the certified PROFITEX design office in accordance with current regulations.
Installation
Installation in your laundry or dry cleaner is carried out by the qualified PROFITEX service team; all equipment is manufacturer-certified. Detergent dosing systems, overhead linen-loading systems and other complex solutions can be installed.
Commissioning and set-up
The PROFITEX service team connects the equipment to all required utilities and performs test runs in operating mode on site.
Staff induction training
The PROFITEX service team trains your staff in working methods on the installed laundry and dry-cleaning equipment. Additional training, consultations with the manufacturers and process optimisation can be arranged.
Coordination
PROFITEX coordinates every stage of the turnkey fit-out of the laundry or dry cleaner with the client.
Equipment logistics
